Established in 1981, and proudly maintained and operated by the Lions, Lioness and Leo clubs of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Lion Max Simms Memorial Camp is a fully-accessible camp for individuals who have special needs. It is nestled on the majestic Exploit’s River near Bishop’s Falls in Central Newfoundland. It is utilized virtually year round for camping by individuals with special needs as well as other groups who access the facility for conferences and meetings.
